OUR SERVICES
The financial advisors at Wealth Preservers, LLC maintain two primary core competencies "in house", wealth management and corporate benefits. Although these two disciplines may appear to cater to separate client segments they are actually quite complimentary.
At other firms there is either specialization in wealth management1 or in corporate benefits, so the client is sent to another firm or advisor for the other specialty. This arrangement leaves a family business owner with two different advisors, regarding their financial assets, which is likely to result in inefficiencies and higher expenses due to lack of coordination in analyzing your situation. Our approach is designed to provide complete coordination and transparency based upon strict fiduciary standards.
Our core competencies are:
Wealth Management:
Investment management, held to strict fiduciary standards, that utilizes globally prominent institutional money managers, Exchange Traded Funds (ETF), Alternative Assets and certain mutual funds.
- Advanced estate planning design including Charitable Remainder Trusts (CRT), Charitable Lead Trusts (CLT), Generation Skipping Trusts (GST), Intentionally Defective Irrevocable Trusts (IDIT), Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILIT), Family Limited Partnerships (FLP), Family Limited Liability Companies (FLLC) and Family Foundations.
- Asset Protection and tax deferral strategies normally reserved for accredited investors. Due to restrictive laws regarding these strategies we can only discuss their potentiality directly with a current accredited client. To become a client click here
Corporate Benefits:
- Compliance remediation of current 401(k) and profit sharing plans in need of assistance. Many times a perfectly acceptable plan provider (the company providing the investment management) is abandoned, causing substantial headaches and anxiety for both employees and management, when a fiduciary review and remediation would be perfectly acceptable.
- Fiduciary standard, open architecture 401(k) and profit sharing plans that provide access to thousands of mutual funds, ETFs and separately managed accounts (SMA), all on a completely transparent fee basis. All available embedded fees are rebated to the plan and all expenses are directly invoiced so as to create a transparent plan.
- Non-qualified employee benefits to help highly compensated executives and/or valuable employees defer current taxation on employment income.
- All plans are fiduciarily managed in conjunction with CEFEX standards which comply with Department of Labor (DOL) and ERISA requirements.
Through our strategic alliance partners, who are thoroughly screened and vetted, we help to offer our clients additional services that we directly participate in and help to manage, while leaving the expertise to the true experts in their fields.
